Well, for the foreign readers this can just be another "common" courtship techniques to pop the question to their beloved. However in a country like ours, this was truly a historic moment. Never in my life have I ever come across something is sweet and effective in nature. Not only did the Girl manage to surprise and win over the heart of her Man, but this single billboard took everyone and anyone by storm. Off course there were much discussion, critiquing, chatter about the matter but what no one can turn down the fact about how Bold she was.
